We are here to support and assist our Participants to engage in activities and social events that they are interested in pursuing. You can rest assured that with the right support and assistance networks in place Conquer DSS is here to keep you engaged and involved in the community.

We are here to support and assist our Participants in all aspects of personal care from showering/bathing, dental care and personal hygiene, wound care, toileting and ensuring medications are taken when required. We also offer Respite care to participants and their families.

We are here to support and assist our Participants with various different small household improvements and small projects such a painting and redecorating, small build projects such as fencing and coops. We are also able to provide lawn and garden services.

We are here to support and assist our Participants in all aspects of household cleaning services. We provide participants with completely personalised services. Our cleaners will bring everything they need to complete a clean on your home. If you require natural products due to allergies or aversions we will happily cater to your needs.

We are here to support and assist our Participants and their families to live better lives. We can provide a range of different transport services such as School drop offs and pick ups, transport to and from after school activities and attending specialist and medical appointments, shopping for groceries and other essential and non-essential items.

We are here to support and assist other Providers who share the same values, passion and commitment to the NDIS sector that we do. We want to share, collaborate and build strong networks within the Hawkesbury area to provide higher levels of care to the community.
