Conquer Disability Support Services that prides itself on being a family owned and operated service provider based in the Hawkesbury that puts you the Participant first, that was established with the following values- respect, trust, honesty and innovation. 

It’s our mission to provide participants with completely individual and personalized support designed to enrich their lives. We aim to create an environment in which they can feel empowered and in control by creating choice, opportunities, skills for life and more importantly lasting relationships and trust between the participant and their support worker.

We aim to create opportunity, promote independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment for all our valued participants. We do this by providing individual and personalized support. In order to maintain excellent care at all times we follow strict NDIS policy and standards.

You can be assured that we take participant confidentiality very seriously. That’s why we have implemented procedures to safeguard your privacy. We also only employ highly trained staff, who have also undergone the NDIS worker screening check, working with children checks and yearly police checks. At Conquer Disability Support Services your safety and wellbeing is at the forefront of what we do.
