We are based in the Hawkesbury NSW. My name is Micheal and i have over 15 years experience within the Aged Care and Disability Support sectors and it has always been a passion of mine to help and support people in a truly selfless way.
Our above and beyond approach to the care and support that we provide to not only our Participants and their families but to everyone that we come into contact with within our local community. We work closely with our networks, participants and their families to put into place completely personalised plans to enrich and change lives in a positive way. We saw a gap in the services available to people who are living with a disability and we wanted to provide the bridge to that gap and that is why we started my Conquer DSS. Providing our Participants with the right support to participate in anything they are passionate about in life is what sets us apart from other Providers in the area.
